Sophia  Papastavrou complements the overall team of Crossroads Consulting with her fundrasiing experience and in particular as a researcher.  Her enthusiasm and skills in fundraising in diversity is an asset to any organization.  Her background in education is also a special attribute for educational clients.

Sophia holds a Master of Arts degree in Sociology specializing in international affairs, refugee studies, diversity and social justice issues.  She has worked with the Department of Foreign Affairs and OSCE Mission to Croatia bridging the gap in donor relations and NGO rehabilitation initiatives.

Both at home and overseas, Sophia has worked alongside donors and organizations on annual giving plans, special events, and corporate sponsorships.  Sophia's extensive experience overseas includes research analysis on United Nations Millenium capacity building projects as well as proposal writing and client assessment.
